Antenna is a data and analytics startup focused on providing industry benchmarks and insights to brands. The Strategic Account Director will manage and grow existing customer relationships, ensuring they maximize the value of Antenna’s data products and collaborating with Product and Commercial teams to drive product adoption and innovation. This role is a key part of building best practices within the Account Management team and thrives in a dynamic environment. The role reports to the VP, Client Services.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of growing complex enterprise customer accounts with six-figure contract values through renewals and expansions.
  • Consistent achievement of quota targets.
  • Experience taking new products to market, collaborating with Product teams, and adapting beta-stage products for market readiness.
  • Experience developing creative pricing strategies.
  • Ability to work closely with technical teams to influence product development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary account partner for key customers, understanding their business goals and how Antenna data can drive results.
  • Meet revenue goals by increasing Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) from existing customer relationships.
  • Grow customer relationships using a consultative approach and leveraging the full suite of Antenna data use cases.
  • Champion new products, ensuring customers understand the full value proposition.
  • Support a coordinated effort to meet customer needs and collaborate with Product teams on future product improvements.
  • Work closely with the VP, Client Services to develop strategies for account management at Antenna.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Analytics, Sales, and Product teams.
