Requirements

Candidates should have 4-6 years of experience in an analytically driven role such as analytics, consulting, or finance, with experience in client-facing roles being a plus. Experience with advertising is preferred but not required, and strong preference is given to candidates with experience on Insights teams at ad publishers. Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in SQL and Excel, along with a passion for data-driven insights and the ability to translate them into actionable strategies, and possess problem-solving skills by applying first principles thinking. Curiosity regarding the underlying reasons for observations and data, combined with a team-oriented approach and a results-oriented mindset, are also required, alongside humility and a growth mindset, and alignment with Propel's mission.

Responsibilities

The Insights Lead will partner closely with Customer Success and Business Development to grow key accounts and establish best practices within a prioritized vertical, present recommendations to internal and external stakeholders to strategically grow those accounts, become the subject matter expert for a designated vertical and define its strategy, lead on reporting and ad-hoc analysis, and collaborate with the Data Science team to investigate and fix performance issues.
