Requirements

Candidates should possess 4+ years of experience in partner management, customer success, sales engineering, or a similar strategic customer-facing role, preferably within the Human Capital Management (HCM) or Human Resources/Background Screening technology sectors. Applicants must currently reside in or be actively planning relocation to the Alpharetta or Greater Atlanta Area, Georgia.

Responsibilities

The Strategic Partner Manager will be responsible for owning day-to-day partner relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted resource for strategic integration partners focused on employment and background screening. They will coordinate onboarding, training, and enablement, participate in joint sales calls, support GTM and marketing activities, troubleshoot issues through cross-functional collaboration, track and report on partner performance metrics, and act as a partner advocate internally to shape improvements to the partner experience. Additionally, they will maintain deep knowledge of ID.me’s platform and workforce partner use cases to educate and empower stakeholders.
