The company is seeking a Senior Partner Manager to help grow, build, and manage its most strategic relationships with key partners. This role will serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring mutual success through deep collaboration, joint planning, and shared goals. It’s a highly cross-functional position requiring close coordination with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of high-impact partners, developing joint strategies to drive revenue and market expansion.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with partner stakeholders at all levels.
  • Lead strategic planning sessions with partners to define objectives, KPIs, and co-marketing/co-selling initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align go-to-market activities, enablement efforts, and product integrations.
  • Track, analyze, and report on partner performance to ensure mutual success and continuous optimization.
  • Act as an internal advocate for partners, ensuring their needs are represented across the organization.
  • Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and performance reviews in collaboration with the senior leadership team.
