Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess at least 5 years of partner experience at Microsoft or within the Microsoft partner ecosystem, an established network at Microsoft that can be leveraged immediately, and a strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem with a proven track record of results. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are also required, along with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives, and proficiency with Salesforce CRM and sales/partner management tools.

Responsibilities

As a Microsoft Partner Manager, you will be responsible for building upon the existing Microsoft partnership, deepening relationships, creating new ones, and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution. You will also be expected to travel to meet with Microsoft partners and attend industry events, and to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment while working as a team player.
