Partner Development Manager, Strategic Partnerships

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred. They must have at least five years of experience in technology sales, partnership management, or business development, and demonstrate a strong understanding of data platforms, capable of communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences. Familiarity with ETL, BI, Governance, Database and technical product marketing is also expected.
As a Partner Development Manager, you will execute a results-driven mindset by aligning internal and partner stakeholders to achieve partnership goals, focusing on enterprise data platform customer needs. You will build and maintain impactful relationships across diverse teams, drive GTM initiatives, and facilitate discussions with product and sales engineering teams from Snowflake and its partners. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and interpreting changes in employment legislation across North America and developing HR policies to ensure compliance, conduct audits, deliver training, and advise management on HR-related risk mitigation strategies, as well as adhering to Snowflake's confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data and maintaining customer information security.
