Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 10 years of sales and marketing experience in the MSP channel software industry, specifically in roles such as channel sales, partner account management, or channel development. Proven experience in account planning and solution selling, alongside experience in a Cyber Security company demonstrating a strong understanding of industry practices and protocols, is desired. Strong channel and field sales knowledge with an understanding of the cloud market business model is also required.

Responsibilities

The Strategic Partner Account Manager will drive quarter over quarter cloud revenue growth through account planning with dedicated partners, increase adoption of new services, retain a partner, and create a best-in-class partner experience. They will lead virtual teams to overperform results, perform account planning, train partners, guide partners through onboarding, drive upsell/cross sell initiatives, engage internal resources to support partner growth, and act as a trusted advisor and single point of contact. Furthermore, they will motivate partners to sell Acronis services to existing and new customers, and drive partner satisfaction.
