Compensation

  • Base Salary: $136,500,000 to $149,500
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $210,000 to $230,000
  • Additional Benefits: Equity

Position Overview

Huntress is seeking an inspirational leader to coach and mentor our Managed Service Provider (MSP) sales team. This high-impact role involves leading and mentoring a team of 5-7 Account Executives focused on the MSP space. You will foster exemplary communication and engagement with prospective customers and partners, driving business objectives through new offerings, training, and empowerment. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with Sales Engineering, Sales Development, Revenue Leadership, and Marketing. Success will be measured by new logo acquisition and first-year expansion metrics.


Responsibilities

  • Reinforce Huntress’ culture and values: Own it, Elevate it, Send it!
  • Provide excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Translate technical concepts into business value for clients.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills, utilizing tools like Gong for call reviews to enhance AE performance.
  • Utilize strong organization and process skills for CRM pipeline management.
  • Document weekly 1:1s and provide radical candor on performance to foster continuous Account Executive growth.
  • Achieve team quotas for new logo acquisition and first-year expansion rates in a velocity sales motion.
  • Conduct deal inspection and drive forward movement using the MEDDPICC framework.
  • Accurately forecast 30-90 days out based on deal reviews and leading indicators.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Development and Sales Engineering to manage the pipeline and align technical resources.
  • Travel requirements: 10%

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing Account Executive teams or sales teams, preferably within the MSP space.
  • A strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of the Managed Service Provider space is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Strong bias for action and ability to execute efficiently and effectively.
