Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience leading Strategic sales teams, a successful track record of overachievement annually, experience leading sales teams who sell through security channel partners, experience navigating complex sales cycles, experience with SaaS sales – cloud, logs, metrics, IT operations and security, and a background of successfully selling large deals to large enterprises (Fortune 1000). Experience with MEDDIC and a background in Cloud, Security, or Machine Learning are preferred.
As a Sales Director, you will lead, support, and inspire a team of Strategic Sales Reps, develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals, manage and maintain the sales ecosystem from generating leads through closing, recruit, develop, and lead a team of Strategic Sales Reps, build a sales team and develop future sales leaders, and play a key role in developing the GTM strategy. You will also be responsible for occasionally performing duties outside standard working hours due to Cribl’s remote-first nature.
