They should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced and scrappy environment, with excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a high degree of ownership and agency.
The Strategic Account Manager will become a product expert, ensuring strategic accounts are onboarded successfully and serving as the key point of contact, building relationships with stakeholders and collaborating with engineering on technical issues. They will identify customer pain points, map them to solutions, encourage product adoption, own contract renewals to retain revenue, and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve the customer experience.
