Candidates should possess experience in B2B SaaS sales, particularly selling to technical audiences, and familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or BANT. Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills are required, along with excellent verbal and written English communication abilities. Alignment with Strapi’s values of care, openness, and empowerment is also necessary.
As an Account Executive AMER, you will understand customer needs and ensure Strapi is the right fit for their project, own the full sales cycle including qualifying leads and building trusted relationships, manage mid-market and complex enterprise deals, navigate negotiations and procurement processes, ensure a smooth post-sale handoff to User Success, update the CRM, document sales processes, share user feedback with Product, and support go-to-market initiatives in your assigned territory.
