Candidates should possess five (5) years of experience with IT customer account management, IT managed services, or IT project management, preferably in a Managed Services organization. Previous experience effectively working in large remotely based teams and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously is required, along with the ability to assimilate information quickly, think on your feet, and manage multiple priorities effectively. Exceptional communication skills are also necessary.
As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will manage, support, and service assigned sets of accounts with a focus on customer retention, providing daily customer support interactions with Managed Services Engineers and Consultants. You will be responsible for Service Delivery to ensure service levels are met or exceeded, resolving issues effectively, identifying customer service opportunities, and managing the work of the customer’s technical resources. This role involves serving as a stable escalation point for support requests, coordinating with Account Executives and Managing Architects, responding to customer technical issues, managing annual renewals, providing proof of value, and producing monthly reports. Additionally, you will manage hourly ad hoc (OLC) contract work as a project manager and oversee Microsoft FastTrack engagements.
