Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow a portfolio of 8–20 client accounts
  • Develop comprehensive, AI-driven account strategies that drive business value, stickiness, and expansion
  • Cultivate deep client partnerships through ongoing discovery and value delivery
  • Act as the primary expert on each client’s business for internal and external executive conversations, monitoring relevant news and market activity
  • Proactively identify risks and develop detailed mitigation plans
  • Partner with each client’s Technical Account Manager (TAM) to align work with broader business goals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Product, and Engineering to prioritize client needs
  • Ensure clients realize measurable ROI from the Simon platform through alignment, goal setting, and value demonstration
  • Plan and lead Executive Business Reviews across the portfolio
  • Travel as needed to conferences, company offsites, and client offices
  • Map and engage business stakeholders to ensure alignment and maintain executive relationships for Simon’s C-suite
  • Lead contract renewals and upsell discussions in partnership with the Simon Finance team
  • Oversee contract negotiations, renewals, expansions, accurate reporting, and forecasts
  • Align cross-functionally with internal sales, product, technical account managers, and marketing teams for a cohesive client experience
