The Group Director, Growth (Agency Sales) will lead a team of 6-8 new business sales representatives, driving pipeline generation and opportunity management. They will collaborate with internal subject matter experts to develop and execute pitch strategies, and partner with sales and marketing leaders to create and test new playbooks. This role involves managing and accelerating workflows to ensure prospecting quality and quantity, reviewing results, and coaching the team to improve individual execution.
