Requirements

Candidates should possess 8+ years of experience in enterprise account management or strategic sales within the SaaS B2B or consulting industries, demonstrating a proven track record of successfully managing large, complex accounts with multi-year roadmaps and deal sizes ranging from 200k to 500k+. Strong consultative selling skills are essential, including the ability to connect business challenges to solutions and demonstrate a return on investment. Native French and fluent English proficiency are required, along with knowledge of enterprise HR/L&D transformation as a strong plus.

Responsibilities

As a Strategic Account Manager, the primary responsibility is to position 360Learning as a key partner in the HR and L&D transformation of large enterprise clients, securing strategic accounts and increasing annual recurring revenue. This involves building deep internal visibility within client organizations, driving use case expansion, creating long-lasting strategic relationships with senior stakeholders, particularly within L&D and HR leadership, and identifying key business challenges and use cases. The role also encompasses learning to navigate the company's working environment, meeting the global team, understanding the product offering, and developing tailored action plans for each account. Furthermore, the SAM will drive multiple high-value upsell opportunities, secure strategic alignment at the executive level, deliver YoY growth, accurately forecast sales, lead contract renewals, and be recognized as an internal and external strategic partner and enterprise expert.
