Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least 7 years of experience in account management, with a strong preference for experience within the education technology or SaaS industries. Proven ability to manage and grow strategic accounts is essential, along with demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships. Experience with LMS and/or VCMS solutions is highly desirable.
The Senior Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for cultivating and expanding relationships with a portfolio of strategic higher education clients, serving as a trusted advisor to understand their needs and challenges, and developing strategic plans to maximize their success with Panopto’s solutions. This includes proactively identifying and pursuing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences, and monitoring and reporting on key account performance metrics.
