Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least 7 years of experience in account management, with a strong preference for experience within the education technology or SaaS industries. Responsibilities

This includes proactively identifying and pursuing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences, and monitoring and reporting on key account performance metrics.
