Candidates should possess proven experience in a technical full-cycle sales role, demonstrating experience managing complex Enterprise and/or Strategic partner new deal cycles and expansion relationships. They should have a consistent overachievement against sales targets in past experiences, along with strong written and verbal communication skills, empathy, and the ability to understand customer needs.
The Strategic Account Executive will self-prospect to build a strong sales pipeline of new logos, striving to exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, and partnering with the Marketing, SDR, and Partner teams to generate meetings. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure sales effectiveness, establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborate with CSMs to drive upsell opportunities and manage existing accounts ongoing.
