Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the Staffing industry, experience in selling staffing solutions into Engineering and IT environments, and the ability to acquire new clients while managing the current client base. They must also be experienced working with CRM solutions, Microsoft Suite, and Google, and dedicated to the end-to-end Sales Cycle efforts.

Responsibilities

This Account Executive will solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations, perform prospecting activities such as cold calling, networking, and industry outreach, build long-term relationships with institutional clients, follow up with clients regularly to ensure their needs are being met and to identify opportunities, maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors, and participate in brainstorming, office activities, staff meetings, and client meetings, as well as research and assist with program development for existing clients and new prospects.
