Responsibilities

  • Create an inviting environment in the store to guarantee a unique shopping experience for customers
  • Coordinate, support, and supervise a diverse team and ensure an excellent working atmosphere
  • Manage store budgets and operational processes to achieve sales goals, optimize performance, and increase customer satisfaction
  • Support and lead the implementation of CONVERSE strategies in the store (e.g., sustainability, NIKE Inc. membership, digital offers)
  • Provide insights to optimize the positioning of the store in the local market and ensure adherence to all CONVERSE standards and guidelines
  • Work in cooperation with various business partners from stores and headquarters
  • Oversee profit and loss control, customer satisfaction, and shrinkage results
  • Drive and inspire the back-of-house team to process stock efficiently and ensure the back-of-house environment mirrors the shop floor energy
