Requirements

Candidates should possess luxury fashion sales experience and a knowledge of the luxury resale market, along with experience using CRM and clienteling tools. They must be self-motivated with a proven track record of exceptional performance, high productivity, and meeting deadlines, demonstrating strong project planning, tracking, and organizing skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

The Client Experience Sales Manager will efficiently advise, educate, style, and assist customers, providing an elevated customer experience and confidently interacting with them. They will be responsible for achieving sales targets consistently, leading and assisting the store in achieving maximum results, sharing a portion of preserving/maintaining the brick-and-mortar retail experience, driving innovation focused on optimizing retail sales programs, and building new opportunities, while also comfortably standing for long periods of time.
