Responsibilities

As Project Manager, Corporate Gifting, you will support up to 3 Account Executives during the sales process by managing order-to-delivery for their clients, gathering deal information, understanding inventory levels, and interacting directly with vendors to plan orders. You will also take over all communications with the client from logo approval to billing, finalizing customization details, sharing progress photos and updates, and communicating delivery dates, serving as the liaison between the US-based sales team and the Hong Kong-based project manager(s) and reporting to the US-based Director of B2B.
