Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of editing experience, an Associate’s degree in graphic design or a related field, and a digital portfolio demonstrating performance creative skills. Proficiency in video editing, motion graphics, and Premiere Pro is required, with experience in After Effects being a plus. Experience in the retail/apparel industry is also desired.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Video Editor will create videos for the Quince brand across various platforms, including digital ads and social media, while maintaining knowledge of the digital landscape and executing designs for multi-channel projects. They will concept ad variations for testing, utilize data and analytics to guide design decisions, collaborate with the creative team to bring campaigns to life, translate marketing objectives into branded assets, develop brand-right templates, present creative work to leadership, and manage multiple projects while ensuring quality and timely delivery. They will also participate in brainstorming, research, and stay current with industry trends and innovations.
