Everyday Dose is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to enhance brand awareness and drive trial and subscription sales in the greater NYC, New Jersey, and Philadelphia areas. This role involves managing Brand Ambassador Leads, engaging with local communities, organizing events, and building strategic partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in field marketing, experiential marketing, or brand ambassador management, ideally within the beverage, wellness, or CPG sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and developing teams, with a history of motivating high performance in field-based positions.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Outgoing, energetic, self-motivated, and passionate about wellness, community building, and brand storytelling.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace tools and digital reporting tools; event management platform experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel regularly within the assigned market.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee, coach, and develop Brand Ambassador Leads to ensure exceptional consumer experiences.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate local field marketing activations, including community events, pop-ups, and retail partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Events & Partnerships to align field activities with national marketing strategies.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for field marketing initiatives.
  • Build and nurture relationships with local influencers, wellness communities, retail partners, and event organizers.
  • Ensure Brand Ambassadors and Leads are well-trained on products, brand values, and wellness benefits.
  • Manage event logistics, including scheduling, asset management, and on-site execution.
  • Identify and activate new local opportunities for brand growth.
  • Spend the majority of time in the field at activations, events, and with the ambassador team.
