Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, and have at least two years of experience in field marketing, experiential marketing, or brand ambassador management, ideally within the beverage, wellness, or CPG industries. They should demonstrate experience leading and developing teams, with a proven track record of inspiring high performance in field-based roles, along with strong project management, organizational, and communication skills. Furthermore, candidates must be outgoing, energetic, self-motivated, passionate about wellness, community building, and brand storytelling, and proficient in Google Workspace tools and digital reporting tools, with experience with event management platforms being a plus. Finally, they must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and travel regularly within the assigned market, and possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
The Field Marketing Specialist will oversee the execution of programs designed to increase brand awareness and drive trial and subscription sales within the NYC, New Jersey, and Philadelphia areas, including managing Brand Ambassador Leads, engaging with local communities, organizing and producing events, and building relationships with key partners to drive brand growth. They will plan, execute, and evaluate local field marketing activations, such as community events, wellness pop-ups, street team initiatives, and retail partnerships, to maximize brand awareness and trial. The role involves collaborating with the Director of Events & Partnerships to align field activities with national marketing strategies and business objectives, providing local market insights, and tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve program effectiveness and ROI. Additionally, they will build and nurture relationships with local influencers, wellness communities, retail partners, and event organizers, ensuring all Brand Ambassadors and Leads are fully trained and knowledgeable about Everyday Dose’s products and brand values, and managing event logistics, including scheduling, asset management, and on-site execution.
