Responsibilities

Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and resolving issues
Focusing on the customer with warm greetings, eye contact, and help locating items
Accurately performing cashier duties: handling cash, checks, credit cards per policies
Maintaining sales floor: restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, inventory tasks
Supporting store opening and closing activities
Providing customer support to all departments (e.g., photo, beauty), ensuring stocked and operational
Staying current with services/tools and advocating for new CVS services/loyalty programs
