The STEP Learning Strategy & Design, Sr. Manager will own and evolve STEP-Wide learning experiences, focusing on future skills like AI. They will set the vision for learning programs through Curriculum Blueprints and Persona Learning Journeys. Responsibilities include strategizing, designing, developing, and delivering innovative learning experiences that drive business impact and performance. This includes shaping the long-term strategy and roadmap for STEP-Wide learning programs, mentoring the team, creating immersive learning experiences in various formats, managing budgets and timelines, partnering with senior leadership and domain experts, staying informed on industry advancements, evaluating learning program efficacy, and engaging with vendors as needed.
