Requirements

Candidates should have 4–8 years of experience in product management, either studying at a top-tier school or making their mark by scaling quickly and driving measurable impact at a leading scale-up; a background in startups, consulting, or operations with strong product exposure is a plus; exceptional product sense, understanding system trade-offs, using SQL regularly, and exploring how AI tools can accelerate delivery; a quantitative and iterative mindset, defining the right metrics, designing experiments, and learning fast; and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

As a Product Manager at Zefir, you will own a strategic scope and work cross-functionally to build high-impact, AI-based user experiences, defining vision & strategy, driving discovery & user insights, owning delivery & execution, shaping data culture & experimentation, and collaborating across disciplines; you will translate product vision into a clear, prioritized roadmap and OKRs, run continuous discovery using mixed methods, turn insights into clear problem statements and prioritization frameworks, manage the full product lifecycle from idea to launch and iteration, write sharp specs, orchestrate team prioritization, and drive execution with engineering and design partners, define success metrics at both product and business levels, instrument tracking plans, run tests or synthetic benchmarks, and build automated dashboards, and align people through clarity, trust, and shared outcomes.
