Requirements

  • At least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field
  • At least 2 Years of working experience in a related field
  • Preferred: Senior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
  • Language Skills: Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Conforms to the ISO 23412 Cold Chain Management System (CCMS), ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System & Halal Assurance System
  • Take care of own and others’ safety
  • Participate in QMS, OHS, and GDPMD related programs such as training, campaigns, induction, and others

Responsibilities

  • Track and deliver shipments from picked up to delivered
  • Manage staff/subcon/part-time to ensure proper and complete job execution
  • Serve as a hub manager as needed
  • Handle cash on delivery, money, and ensure daily banking
  • Work closely with customer service and fulfill customer requests
  • Take care of daily operations and ensure smooth processes
  • Control inventory and manage shipments to minimize missing and damaged parcels
  • Perform any other tasks instructed by superiors
