Requirements

At least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field
At least 2 Years of working experience in a related field
Preferred: Senior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
Language Skills: Bahasa Malaysia and English
Conforms to the ISO 23412 Cold Chain Management System (CCMS), ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System & Halal Assurance System
Take care of own and others’ safety
Participate in QMS, OHS, and GDPMD related programs such as training, campaigns, induction, and others

Responsibilities

Track and deliver shipments from picked up to delivered
Manage staff/subcon/part-time to ensure proper and complete job execution
Serve as a hub manager as needed
Handle cash on delivery, money, and ensure daily banking
Work closely with customer service and fulfill customer requests
Take care of daily operations and ensure smooth processes
Control inventory and manage shipments to minimize missing and damaged parcels
Perform any other tasks instructed by superiors
