Requirements

Candidates must possess over 10 years of experience in designing, solutioning, and implementing enterprise integrations, with advanced expertise in AWS services and transitioning compute between Google and Azure. A deep understanding of enterprise security frameworks and compliance standards, along with strong skills in automation and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Pulumi, GitHub Actions, GitOps), is required. Proficiency in AI-assisted development, collaborative delivery, open-source advocacy, and contributing to enterprise architecture strategy are also essential. Experience with wearables, healthcare, fitness, life sciences, AI and architecture modeling tools, and automating cloud services is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Staff Solutions Architect will design and deliver critical enterprise solutions for internal business platforms, including ERP, CRM, identity, and data systems, and lead AI enablement across the business. Responsibilities include architecting hybrid/multi-cloud solutions, defining infrastructure as code principles, automating CI/CD pipelines, leading proof-of-concepts, delivering automated solutions, documenting and standardizing scalable enterprise solutions, and developing architecture blueprints using AI. The role also involves developing enterprise services, ensuring security and compliance, mentoring engineering teams, participating in architecture reviews, facilitating communication, and serving as a trusted advisor to internal enterprise clients.
