The Staff Recruiter should possess a strong understanding of the talent landscape and be adept at identifying and attracting top-tier candidates. They should be comfortable conducting thorough initial screens, utilizing carefully crafted interview questions that mimic later-stage hiring manager interviews, and analyzing key requirements to inform the interview process. Additionally, the role requires experience in senior-level searches across various business areas including product management, business operations & analytics, product design/research, growth marketing, communications, legal, content, human resources, finance and administration, specifically in the U.S. and Canada.
As a Staff Recruiter, you will act as the project leader on assigned roles, driving the search forward, identifying and resolving blockers, and ensuring continuous progress. You will conduct very thorough initial screens with 45-60 minute interviews, analyze role requirements to craft effective interview questions, and surface valuable insights from candidates. Furthermore, you will mentor and support junior team members through coaching and contribute to training resources, and continuously elevate our organizational talent density with each hire.
