The Senior Recruiter should possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least 5 years of recruiting experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of the talent acquisition process. They require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing techniques is also expected.
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle, acting as a brand ambassador for their client and partnering with hiring managers in a consultative capacity. They will complete detailed job scope conversations, review applicants, build and deploy recruitment marketing campaigns, source candidates via various methods, generate targeted lists, solicit referrals, utilize proprietary software, provide value propositions to candidates, prepare them for interviews, and provide timely updates. Additionally, they will conduct phone interviews, evaluate candidate fit, issue skills testing, and navigate difficult conversations to determine if a candidate is a match for the role.
