Jerry.ai is seeking a Contract-to-Hire Staff Recruiter with early-to-mid stage startup experience to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to report directly to a co-founder and collaborate with experienced leaders who have scaled prominent companies. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our organization by managing complex and critical searches across all business functions, including executive hiring, and mentoring junior team members. At Jerry.ai, recruiters are vital to our success, deeply connected to our mission and committed to continuous improvement. This is a full-time contract position with the potential for permanent employment based on outstanding performance.

  • Partner closely with hiring leaders in the U.S. and Canada to develop effective recruiting strategies aligned with team growth needs.
  • Mentor and support junior members of the recruiting team.
  • Continuously review, reflect on, and iterate recruiting and interviewing practices to ensure efficient use of team time without compromising quality.

Ideal Profile

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience with increasing complexity in search types.
  • Prior experience recruiting at a fast-growth startup, with a strong preference for experience in product management, product design, or business operations.
  • Proven track record of success in a high-velocity, output-driven, and demanding environment.
  • Bachelor's or Graduate degree in an intellectually rigorous discipline.
