Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess 10+ years of experience leading and designing world-class, innovative recruiting operations, with a proven track record in both high-growth startups and more mature organizations. They should have experience architecting and operationalizing end-to-end recruiting workflows, systems, and governance models, and a strong ability to build scalable and sustainable recruiting infrastructure. Furthermore, they need to be adept at building data frameworks, including KPIs and dashboards, to monitor recruiting health and drive strategic hiring plans, as well as experience evaluating, implementing, and optimizing recruiting systems.

Responsibilities

This Recruiting Operations Leader will design and drive scalable recruiting infrastructure, including building automation and personalization into workflows. They will identify process inefficiencies and design innovative solutions to improve throughput and quality of hire, while also leading continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires building and owning robust data frameworks to monitor recruiting health and inform executive decision-making, as well as evaluating and optimizing recruiting systems. Additionally, they will collaborate strategically with Recruiting, HR, and other business leaders to align on headcount planning and workforce strategy, and drive best-in-class recruiting practices by establishing operational playbooks and knowledge sharing.
