Quince is seeking a highly strategic, hands-on Recruiting Operations Lead to architect, scale, and drive recruiting practices and infrastructure during a critical phase of growth. This role is ideal for a strong builder with a proven track record of designing and operationalizing high-impact recruiting systems in both high-growth startups and more mature, complex organizations. You will lead the development and execution of scalable processes, implement data-driven frameworks, own recruiter enablement, and drive operational excellence across all facets of recruiting.
