Requirements

The Staff Recruiter should possess a strong understanding of the talent landscape and be adept at identifying and attracting top-tier candidates. They should be comfortable conducting thorough initial screens, utilizing carefully crafted interview questions that mirror later-stage hiring manager interviews, and analyzing key requirements to develop effective search strategies. The role requires experience in senior-level searches across various business areas, including product management, business operations & analytics, product design/research, growth marketing, communications, legal, content, human resources, finance and administration, primarily in the U.S. and Canada. Additionally, the candidate should be capable of mentoring and supporting junior team members through coaching and contributing to training resources.

Responsibilities

As a Staff Recruiter, you will act as the project leader on assigned roles, driving the search forward, identifying and resolving blockers, and ensuring continuous progress. You will conduct very thorough initial screens with 45-60 minute interviews that mimic later stage hiring manager interviews, analyzing key requirements to craft and iterate on interview questions. You will partner closely with senior leaders, lead impactful and complex searches, and elevate organizational talent density with each hire. You will also contribute to the overall growth of the recruiting team by mentoring junior members and developing training resources.
