Demonstrated experience building and monetizing team-based productivity solutions in either B2C or B2B is necessary. Authorization to work lawfully in the United States is also required.
The Staff Product Manager will drive Calendly's growth by understanding customer needs, crafting a strategic product roadmap, and leading execution for new product initiatives. This role involves end-to-end feature delivery, writing prioritized feature requirements, and partnering with R&D stakeholders to build new 0-to-1 products. Collaboration with go-to-market teams for successful product launches is key. Responsibilities also include driving awareness, adoption, engagement, and retention of new use cases, as well as defining and measuring OKRs and key performance measures to support the core scheduling strategy and roadmap decisions.
