Requirements

  • Experience in product management, particularly in designing, building, and deploying tooling for partner-facing teams

  • Ability to operate across all stages of the merchant lifecycle (prospecting, acquisition, onboarding, in-life support, churn avoidance)
  • Exposure to AI-led innovation, particularly generative and agentic AI

Responsibilities

  • Lead Strategy & Roadmap: Own the long-term vision and roadmap for commercial tooling, ensuring alignment with Deliveroo’s strategic and commercial objectives
  • Design Scalable Systems: Evolve our platform architecture to support deployment of AI solutions and seamless integration across multiple systems
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Commercial, Engineering, Legal, Security, and Integration teams to deliver cohesive, secure, and high-impact solutions
  • Champion the Partner Experience: Deeply understand the needs of restaurants and retailers, and design experiences that are intuitive, empowering, and outcome-driven
  • Influence Through Insight: Use data, insights, and storytelling to influence peers, senior leaders, and drive adoption of solutions
