Requirements

Responsibilities

The Staff Product Manager will own the claims roadmap, including the patient-facing app, adjudication system, operational tools, and third-party integrations. This role involves driving new feature development from ideation through launch and iteration, and overseeing the product surface area and operational tools for three Ops teams: Integrations, Claims, and Claims Concierge. The primary goal is to deliver a compelling financial incentive experience that improves healthcare affordability and outcomes for patients and employers.
