Responsibilities

The Staff Product Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive vision, strategy, and roadmap for the next generation of Everyday Care products at Included Health, encompassing existing offerings and new developments. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, data science, clinical, and care teams, to define and deliver member-centric, outcomes-oriented experiences. This includes leading end-to-end product development, from ideation and research to launch and iteration, while rigorously monitoring key metrics and ensuring product quality.
