We are seeking an experienced and passionate Staff Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our product strategy. As a Staff Product Manager, you will work cross-functionally with various teams to drive the success of our products from ideation to launch and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product roadmap based on business goals, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing improvements.
  • Partner with engineering and design to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
  • Use data and analytics to inform product decisions and prioritize features that drive user engagement and revenue.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuously looking for ways to improve the product experience.
  • Clearly articulate the product vision, strategy, and priorities to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successfully managing products through the full lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to define product vision and strategy while also focusing on execution and delivery.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts, enabling you to work closely with engineering teams.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to make informed product decisions.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for delivering exceptional product experiences.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
