Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, and at least 7 years of product design experience with a strong focus on user-centered design. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite is required, along with experience in conducting user research and usability testing. Strong communication and collaboration skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are also essential.
As a Staff Product Designer, you will implement high-quality design solutions from concept to output, creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces, and working closely with the design team to refine processes and deliverables. You will act as a key connector across various product divisions, facilitating communication and alignment on design initiatives, and using strategic insight to influence project outcomes. Additionally, you will mentor team members, enhance their skills in interface design, and foster a collaborative environment, demonstrating leadership and project leadership skills.
