Requirements

Candidates should possess a JD or equivalent legal qualification and have at least 3 years of experience at a top-tier law firm, preferably with a focus on corporate, litigation, or other high-complexity practice areas. Additional experience in legal operations, innovation, or change management within a law firm or corporate legal department is a strong plus. Responsibilities

The Legal Architect (Consultant) will engage with legal professionals at elite law firms and leading corporate legal departments to understand their processes and identify opportunities for AI transformation. They will lead consultative discussions and tailored demonstrations of Clio’s AI-driven solutions to improve legal workflows and outcomes. This role involves partnering with Account Executives to understand client needs, influence buying decisions, and guide clients through AI adoption. Responsibilities include designing and managing high-impact technology pilots, defining pilot success metrics, and acting as a trusted advisor to senior legal stakeholders. The consultant will also help customers navigate change management for AI transformation, collaborate with marketing on content creation, and serve as the Voice of the Customer to inform product and sales strategies. Staying informed about AI trends and legal technology innovations is also a key aspect of the role.
