Requirements

Must be local to San Diego, CA (100% onsite)
Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated deployment pipelines for consistent configuration, security compliance, and operational efficiency across enterprise and specialized IT settings
Experience providing advanced engineering support and administration for managed endpoint platforms and services, including Intune, SCCM, and Jamf
Experience supporting endpoint provisioning and lifecycle management across manufacturing and lab environments
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex end-user endpoint issues within an enterprise environment, especially after initial triage by other teams
Ability to work on complex assignments requiring in-depth evaluation of diverse technical factors and procedures
Ability to manage projects with accountability for timelines, milestones, resources, budgets, and documentation
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating agility and adaptability to shifting business and functional demands
Ability to participate in a follow-the-sun on-call rotation to support global operations
Ability to partner with IT and business project teams, including GIS End User Services and Information Security, improve relationships, and establish networks with key contacts

Responsibilities

Configure and manage Intune features such as Configuration Profiles, Compliance Policies, and BitLocker encryption
Deploy and manage applications across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms
Coordinate and execute the installation of client and department-specific applications and systems
Create, manage, and maintain software deployment packages and operating systems
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate endpoint provisioning, system configurations, and routine tasks
Design and build deployment pipelines for efficient and scalable endpoint management
Diagnose and resolve complex end-user endpoint issues within an enterprise environment
Perform system design, analysis, evaluation, testing, debugging, and implementation of repairs, upgrades, and modifications
Diagnose and resolve technical issues to maintain optimal system performance
Oversee enterprise infrastructure platforms to identify performance concerns and ensure system integrity
Lead the planning and execution of business challenges analyses, leveraging automated system solutions to drive operational efficiency
Provide advanced engineering support and administration for managed endpoint platforms and services, including Intune, SCCM, and Jamf
Support endpoint provisioning and lifecycle management across manufacturing and lab environments
Contribute to maintaining system availability and ensuring optimal performance across enterprise environments, including support for manufacturing and Lab IT operations
