Requirements

  • Must be local to San Diego, CA (100% onsite)
  • Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated deployment pipelines for consistent configuration, security compliance, and operational efficiency across enterprise and specialized IT settings
  • Experience providing advanced engineering support and administration for managed endpoint platforms and services, including Intune, SCCM, and Jamf
  • Experience supporting endpoint provisioning and lifecycle management across manufacturing and lab environments
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex end-user endpoint issues within an enterprise environment, especially after initial triage by other teams
  • Ability to work on complex assignments requiring in-depth evaluation of diverse technical factors and procedures
  • Ability to manage projects with accountability for timelines, milestones, resources, budgets, and documentation
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating agility and adaptability to shifting business and functional demands
  • Ability to participate in a follow-the-sun on-call rotation to support global operations
  • Ability to partner with IT and business project teams, including GIS End User Services and Information Security, improve relationships, and establish networks with key contacts

Responsibilities

  • Configure and manage Intune features such as Configuration Profiles, Compliance Policies, and BitLocker encryption
  • Deploy and manage applications across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms
  • Coordinate and execute the installation of client and department-specific applications and systems
  • Create, manage, and maintain software deployment packages and operating systems
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate endpoint provisioning, system configurations, and routine tasks
  • Design and build deployment pipelines for efficient and scalable endpoint management
  • Diagnose and resolve complex end-user endpoint issues within an enterprise environment
  • Perform system design, analysis, evaluation, testing, debugging, and implementation of repairs, upgrades, and modifications
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues to maintain optimal system performance
  • Oversee enterprise infrastructure platforms to identify performance concerns and ensure system integrity
  • Lead the planning and execution of business challenges analyses, leveraging automated system solutions to drive operational efficiency
  • Provide advanced engineering support and administration for managed endpoint platforms and services, including Intune, SCCM, and Jamf
  • Support endpoint provisioning and lifecycle management across manufacturing and lab environments
  • Contribute to maintaining system availability and ensuring optimal performance across enterprise environments, including support for manufacturing and Lab IT operations
