Requirements

Responsibilities

The Staff Inbound Product Manager will guide roadmap development and feature prioritization for the AI Agent Platform, aligning with business and user needs. They will stay current with emerging trends in AI and platform technologies, offering research-based recommendations to product leadership. Responsibilities include rapidly designing and prototyping technical solutions using AI frameworks, partnering with cross-functional teams to co-develop and launch innovative PoCs, and clearly presenting solutions to customers and stakeholders. The role involves gathering feedback for continuous improvement, engaging directly with customers to co-create solutions, and defining success metrics to inform future efforts.
