Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, specifically within financial systems or Order to Revenue processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with experience in system design, implementation, and testing. Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience with Revenue Recognition principles is preferred.

Responsibilities

As a Staff Business Systems Analyst, you will lead the analysis, design, and implementation of systems, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and create detailed functional specifications. You will evaluate existing financial and procurement processes to identify areas for improvement, develop and recommend solutions to enhance system performance, and drive system implementation projects using agile methodologies. Additionally, you will provide training and support to end-users, design and implement reporting solutions, oversee system integration, and ensure systems comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.
