Responsibilities

The Revenue Operations Analyst will prioritize and respond to support requests from revenue teams, ensuring data integrity in Salesforce through active monitoring and communication with the sales team, including sales leadership. This role involves implementing best practices for data integrity, performing database de-duping and cleanup procedures, enforcing standards, and continuously improving the usability of Salesforce and other tools like Captivate IQ and Quip. The Analyst will participate in cross-functional projects, create enablement materials with the Learning team, and provide day-to-day SFDC support to the global sales team, demonstrating sales processes and answering related questions.
