Requirements

Candidates should possess 7+ years of experience managing CRM platforms in an IT or Business Systems environment, ideally supporting B2B revenue teams, along with a deep understanding of GTM processes, including lead management, sales pipeline, renewals, quoting, and quote-to-cash workflows. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization are required, alongside an analytical mindset and experience leading cross-functional teams through complex system challenges.

Responsibilities

The Staff Business Systems Analyst, CRM will act as a strategic thought partner to Revenue Operations, translating business needs into clear, scalable solutions, and serve as a subject matter expert on CRM, as well as the broader GTM systems landscape. They will lead complex CRM initiatives with minimal oversight, from problem framing to rollout, aligning solutions with business objectives, and create and maintain comprehensive business documentation, including use cases, data flows, and process diagrams. Furthermore, they will support change management efforts with cross-functional partners for successful adoption of technologies and capabilities by end users.
