Candidates should possess 2-4 years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Systems, with project or product management experience. They should have hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales and Service Cloud) and a strong understanding of systems architecture and cross-platform integrations.
As a GTM Systems Analyst, you will maintain and optimize GTM tools including Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong, manage user provisioning and system syncs, monitor data quality and tool performance, drive tooling and process improvement projects, align cross-functional teams on requirements, document business needs and system changes, identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks, translate business needs into system enhancements, support change management, and partner with Enablement and Comms to ensure successful adoption of new capabilities.
