They should have experience leading or supporting forecasting, territory planning, and compensation design at scale, along with proficiency in Excel and SQL. Familiarity with Salesforce and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI is also required.
The Senior Sales Strategy & Operations Manager will lead the development and execution of sales strategies using performance data and market trends, build and improve forecasting, quota setting, and pipeline management processes, maintain and optimize sales tools and systems, partner with various teams to align GTM initiatives, deliver regular reporting and analysis on sales performance, and support sales leadership with decision-making through modeling and competitive analysis. They will also own the design and implementation of compensation plans, identify and resolve sales process bottlenecks, and champion automation and simplification.
