Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, and have at least five years of experience in a business process analysis role within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of MRP, inventory management, and part management is required, along with hands-on experience with SAP Material Management (Source and Procurement), Ariba Procure to Order, and Ariba Network. Project management and change management skills, including experience with methodologies like PMI or Scrum, are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Staff Business Process Analyst - Source will lead the design, implementation, and management of process improvement initiatives within the Source to Pay (S2P) cycle utilizing Lean methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity. They will drive operational excellence of Direct Procurement operations by monitoring and evaluating KPIs, promote the adoption of digital collaboration tools for suppliers through the Ariba Network, oversee large-scale programs for adherence to standards, and develop performance metrics for continuous improvement. Additionally, the role involves driving the Supplier Enablement program, collaborating with stakeholders, providing hands-on support for process issues, and managing operational change management for procurement improvements.
