The candidate should possess a solid understanding of global Procure-to-Pay processes, including Vendor Management, Vendor Bill processing, and AP processing, along with Agile principles. A good knowledge of the SDLC process, SaaS industry experience, and a proven track record of owning, planning, and delivering finance application projects are essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, attention to detail, and strong project management and organization skills are also required. Bonus points include knowledge of SAP, SFDC, Blackline, prior ERP and/or other finance system implementation experience for Procure-to-Pay, and experience within a publicly traded multi-national, high-growth company.
The Sr. Business Systems Analyst will partner with Procure-to-Pay Business Stakeholders to define and document business process requirements based on Coupa, NetSuite, Navan, and other finance business applications. Key responsibilities include leading the solution design for finance applications' future state vision, identifying IT Finance initiatives, and developing the finance applications roadmap for the Procure-to-Pay process area. The role involves working closely with Finance Transformation to define finance systems strategy, deliver new finance systems, and enhance existing ones. Additionally, the analyst will refine the IT process management framework, perform process assessments, implement process improvements, partner with process owners to define and benchmark operational KPIs, and support the delivery of KPI dashboards and business analytics. Building and delivering training on the optimal use of finance tools and technology, translating business requirements into user stories, managing and prioritizing the product backlog for an agile delivery team, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accurate and complete requirements are also part of the role.
