Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience using data to drive product growth and operational efficiency, and 3+ years of experience as an analytics engineer or in a similar role. Excellent communication skills are necessary for working with technical and non-technical partners, and experience driving complex projects from design to completion is required.

Responsibilities

The Staff Business and Product Intelligence Analyst will build foundational data models to demonstrate program value to clients, and collaborate cross-functionally to define and maintain business logic in dbt models. They will also build self-service views, partner with BI stakeholders on metric definitions, design reusable solutions for recurring requests, and apply AI and automation tools to accelerate analytics workflows. Additionally, the analyst will contribute to a data-driven culture by mentoring peers and sharing best practices.
